Because of the high quality of the Q Ray Bracelets, QBracelets returns are less than a 1%. We will accept returns within 30 days of order subject to the following terms and conditions. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact qBracelets for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, a credit will be issued for the actual cost of bracelet, minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department.
Custom Orders
There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts. special made items and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.
Return Policy Exceptions
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable
